1 General Provisions

478bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online casino and betting service provider. These terms ("Agreement") form a legal contract between the user ("you" or "member") and 478bd.

• By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions in full and agree to comply with them.

• 478bd may at any time request submission of identity documents (national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate).
• 478bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until age verification is completed.
• If a minor creates an account and this is proven, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Meeting the wagering requirement before withdrawing a bonus is mandatory.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• When wagering with bonus funds, the maximum bet amount in certain games may be restricted.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, 478bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.
• VIP members will receive cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, and Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• 478bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 478bd platform are operated on the following principles:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results.
• 478bd is not responsible if your internet connection drops during a game. Results are considered final according to system records.
• If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, 478bd reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.
• If any error appears in game rules or display, the server-side log will be treated as the final record.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) may vary by game and will be shown in the game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 478bd platform:

• Defrauding, threatening or harassing any other member.

• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or any hacking-related activity.
• Providing fraudulent payment information or committing fraud through chargebacks.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 478bd may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

478bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Instructions from a court, government authority or financial institution.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

A member may also close their account at any time. In this case, the balance remaining in the account will be withdrawable, but all bonuses will be cancelled.
